Cancellations and returns
If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you request a refund, you must pay for the return shipping of the piece and it must be in perfect condition.
until we process the order for shipping, you understand that you do not want it, you can request a cancellation by sending an email to: yourelixirshop@gmail.com
Your Elixir must be notified within 5 days of receiving the purchase.
The email should include :
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Date when order was made
- Description of the product
- Reason for cancellation
