Your Elixir will replace any part received with manufacturing damage. Your Elixir must be notified within 5 days of receiving the purchase.

If the part was damaged due to improper use or was exposed to chemicals, you cannot claim this warranty.

You must show evidence (photo) of the damage, and the experts will evaluate each case to identify if the warranty is valid.

For pieces in rose gold or gold plated, Your Elixir does not guarantee that they will be as durable as silver. This is because these parts need special care. The baths in rose gold or gold can detract in color, this iz due to multiple factors, such as chemicals, sweat and sometimes the pH levels of the skin. These parts must be stored separately and given the necessary care.

The customer will be responsible for the payment of returns, even if they are subject to the warranty.
