Your order will be shipped within 2 to 7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. It is very important that during checkout you meticulously verify the shipping address, as any package returned to Your Elixir due to an incorrect address will require the buyer to cover the reshipping cost.  

If you place a **pre-order**, the shipping timeframe will be specified in the item description.  

Once Your Elixir delivers your package to the postal service, we are not responsible for any losses or mishaps. However, regardless of any situation with your package, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
